1. Introduction

Welcome to CompAIre (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CompAIre website, located at compaire.live, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

CompAIre is an AI-powered comparison tool that allows users to compare different entities based on various criteria. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and provide comparisons between user-specified entities.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including comparison requests and any other information you provide (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. You agree not to submit User Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPAIRE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CompAIre operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
